Mr. Pitz is responsible for the oversight of all infrastructure planning, design and construction service activity for RMF Engineering, Inc. He also has principle responsibility for the maintenance and reporting of the firm’s financial condition. Mr. Pitz is a graduate of Drexel University, with over 20 years of mechanical engineering experience. His focus has been in the planning, design and analysis of central heating and cooling systems serving campus, building and industrial process systems. Mr. Pitz’s primary area of expertise is in the comparative analysis and evaluation of system concepts including the effects of energy consumption, fuel selection, and operating and maintenance strategies. Mr. Pitz has managed the planning, design and construction period support and start-up activities for many projects. System concept and operational intent are his primary engineering focus.
