Kenneth E. Citron concentrates in civil litigation, arbitrations and mediations in both state and federal courts and before the NASD and other self-regulatory organizations, with an emphasis on commercial and securities litigation and arbitration. He has extensive trial experience. Mr. Citron is admitted to practice law in the states of New York and Massachusetts, before the U.S. District Court for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York, and before the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts. Mr. Citron received a B.A. degree from Emory University (1988), and a J.D. degree from the American University Washington College of Law (cum laude, 1993). Before joining Snow Becker Krauss P.C. in 2000, Mr. Citron practiced in Massachusetts, where he served as an assistant district attorney in Middlesex County and later was associated with a private firm in Boston. Mr. Citron teaches as a member of the faculty of the of the National Institute for Trial Advocacy (NITA) intensive trial techniques program at Hofstra Law School. Mr. Citron is a member of the New York State Bar Association. |
