Kenneth D. Wilcox is a senior associate in the firm's Litigation Practice Group. In addition to patent litigation, he practices trademark law. Before coming to the firm, he spent two years as a judicial clerk for the Hon. Harold L. Cushenberry, Jr. and the Hon. Leonard Braman of the Superior Court for the District of Columbia. Before his law career, Mr. Wilcox worked for five years for the U.S. Department of Justice' s Office of Inspector General, investigating allegations of fraud, waste and abuse in Department programs.
In 1999, Mr. Wilcox received his Law degree from the Washington College of Law, American University. He received a Masters of Public Administration, with a concentration in Management and Information Systems, from American University in 1991. He received his Bachelors of Arts from The Catholic University of America in 1989.
Mr. Wilcox is admitted to the Maryland Bar, the District of Columbia Bar and the Federal Circuit. He is a member of the D.C. Bar.
His association memberships include the American Bar Association and the Maryland State Bar Association. |
