Kenneth Rohrer is a senior business manager with 25 years experience leading software and systems development efforts. As Vice President and Director of SRA's International Development and Diplomatic Solutions business area, Rohrer provides oversight and management of multiple blanket purchase agreements (BPAs) serving the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID), the Department of State, and the larger foreign affairs community. Rohrer also serves as the program manager for the USAID Principal Resource for Information Management Enterprise-wide 2.2 (PRIME 2.2) contract, managing SRA's work in network engineering, management and security; worldwide data and voice communications; software and application development; customer relationship management and other user services; and analysis and implementation of emerging technologies.
Rohrer joined SRA in 1995, and his positions have included serving as the deputy director for SRA’s engineering and technology group. In this capacity, he oversaw the development and delivery of technical resources to provide support to projects company-wide. He also served as the technical director for the defense information systems sector, where he provided oversight for all engineering and technical aspects of project execution. Prior to joining SRA, Rohrer was a systems and software engineer for IBM federal systems.
