Ken Carroll concentrates his practice on businesses and financial institutions. He serves as general counsel for several Georgia banks and bank holding companies, including some of the largest community banks based in metro Atlanta. He is experienced in bank mergers and acquisitions, including the acquisition of insurance agencies. Mr. Carroll has extensive expertise in the formation and capitalization of banks and bank holding companies and has represented many of the new banks formed in Georgia. He also serves as counsel for one of the country's largest fleet leasing companies.
