G. Kennedy Hall, Jr. is a courtroom litigator. He brings to his practice a strong business, insurance, and self insurance background. Mr. Hall has substantial practice in workers’ compensation, fire litigation, and all areas of liability litigation, including general product, environmental and professional, trucking and employment litigation. His trial experience includes appellate practice before the state and federal appeals court systems, including the United States Supreme Court. Mr. Hall’s legal experience has also included international litigation and business activities. He also has substantial experience in managing multiple institution lender work out plans and foreclosures on a nationwide basis, as well as ERISA based class action litigation. Mr. Hall serves as Kentucky counsel for various national and international companies, including Penske, Con Agra, Nibco and Gallagher Bassett Services.Mr. Hall is active in and has served on the Board of the Louisville Bar Association as Chairman of the Louisville Bar Association publications committee and as editor in chief of the Louisville Lawyer magazine. He is active on the Boards of various community and non-profit organizations and has served as an ordained Deacon for many years. |
