Kendyl Baugh Moss was promoted to Director of Community Relations on January 9, 2007. In this capacity, Kendyl is directly responsible for community initiatives, player outreach and youth football programming, as well as the cheerleader and junior cheerleader programs.
Kendyl assumes this position after three years of serving as the Manager of Event Marketing for the Falcons. Most recently, Moss was the Program Officer for the Atlanta Falcons Youth Foundation, where she was responsible for the evolving design, implementation, growth and demonstrated effectiveness of the Falcons Fitness Zones, as well as the handling, evaluation and support of traditional grant requests and approved grants.
Prior to her role at the Falcons, Kendyl was the Assistant Director of the Division I Men's Basketball Championship and NCAA Final Four. Moss' responsibilities included conducting preliminary round and Final Four site visits, basketball officiating clinics, coordination of all logistics associated with transportation and "Selection Sunday" and as Final Four game day execution and management.
Before working with the NCAA, Moss served as the assistant director of championships/marketing for Conference USA - a NCAA Division I Athletic Conference, where she served as liaison to eight coaches' committees and the student advisory council. She also coordinated the merchandising and licensing programs for all championships, managed the championship and marketing annual budgets, coordinated the conference-wide celebration of National Girls & Women in Sport Day and produced conference-wide public service announcements.
Kendyl was a full scholarship All-American track and field athlete at the University of Texas at Austin while earning her B.S. in speech communications. Moss also holds a M.A. in corporate communications from DePaul University. |
