Kendall C. Crook
Profile
Ken Crook is the Managing Partner of Bose McKinney & Evans. In this capacity, he chairs the firm's management committee, as well as a number of other firm and partner organizational functions. Mr. Crook received his law degree from Yale University in 1972 and is a magna cum laude graduate of Harvard University. He practices in the areas of antitrust and trade regulation, business services, communications, and mergers and acquisitions. He has written and lectured extensively on matters relating to business financing. Mr. Crook has been a practicing attorney and a member of the firm since July 1972 and a partner since January 1978.
