Mr. Babb's litigation practice covers a broad spectrum of contract and business tort issues. He has represented clients in a variety of corporate cases, including matters involving director and officer liability, fiduciary duty, corporate governance and vicarious liability, as well as a variety of complex commercial disputes, including matters involving consumer protection, fraud, real estate, legal malpractice, trademark and unfair competition. Mr. Babb's experience includes class action and shareholder derivative lawsuits in both state and federal court. He has represented companies and individuals based in Texas and elsewhere in the United States and Europe, and was admitted to practice law in Texas in 2004. He is also admitted to practice in the United States District Courts for the Northern, Southern, Eastern and Western Districts of Texas.
