Dr. Waltzer was with Kaiser-Permanente, where he was the first Preventive Care Coordinator for Southern California. While at Kaiser, he was also Director of Medical Education at the West Los Angeles Medical Center and cared for one of the largest practices in Internal Medicine with nearly 2000 patients. Dr. Waltzer was specifically cited for his role in developing statewide guidelines for preventive care. Dr. Waltzer holds a BA cum laude from Harvard College, an MD from Baylor College of Medicine, and an MPH in Health Policy and Management from the Harvard School of Public Health. His internship and residency in Primary Care Internal Medicine were at The Cambridge Hospital of Harvard Medical School. |
