Ken Titlebaum, CFO, has deep financial and leadership experience. With more than 26 years experience and a diverse financial background, Mr. Titlebaum joined Aushon from E Ink Corporation, a privately-held developer of paper-like electronic displays, where he held senior responsibility for finance and other administrative functions in the 7-plus years he was employed there. Prior to E Ink, Ken served as Chief Financial Officer of Etex Corporation, a privately held developer of medical devices for the orthopedics industry, where he was responsible for all finance, legal and human resources matters. From 1987 to 1995, he was employed by The Kendall Company, a publicly traded manufacturer of disposable medical supplies, until its sale in 1994. He served principally as its Vice President and Controller, during which time Kendall underwent a leveraged buyout and a dramatic and successful operational turnaround. He began his career at Arthur Andersen & Co. where he worked for 8 years, most recently as a Manager in their Commercial Audit Division. Titlebaum received his BSBA from Boston University with highest honors and earned his CPA in 1982. |
