Ken has worked with a variety of different types of healthcare organizations including physician groups, hospitals, nursing homes and dialysis centers. Ken is very active in representation of churches, religious organizations, land owners and individuals in regard to sexual molestation or sexual assault claims and death claims asserted against his clients. Further, Ken has handled commercial litigation matters, construction cases, roofing cases, as well as assorted other professional negligence claims. Ken has tried cases both in Texas and Oklahoma during his career. REPRESENTATIVE EXPERIENCE Successfully defended an orthopedic surgeon in Dallas county involving a claim of wrongful death. Lead counsel for an individual defendant in a wrongful embalming class action with no recovery against the individual. Lead counsel for two pastors in a seven-week trial in Oklahoma involving claims against the pastoral staff of failure to properly supervise an employee of the church's school who was convicted of molesting children in the church school. Represented doctors, hospitals and nursing homes in medical malpractice actions. Successfully defended small appliance product liability manufacturer in a burn case. Represented numerous businesses relating to claims of serious injury or death on premises.
