Ken Smith, AIA, joins Cubellis as Principal in the Orange County Office. With more than 27 years of architectural and design management experience, Ken works with national and international retail and mixed-use clients in the creation, coordination and management of project design from concept through the design development phases. As a principal designer, he has a portfolio of award-winning projects that range from urban master planning to retail, hospitality, and large scale mixed-use developments. Ken also has extensive experience with themed retail and master planning for federal buildings. He is Registered Architect and holds a Bachelor of Architecture Degree from the University of Southern California. He is also professionally affiliated with the American Institute of Architects (AIA), Urban Land Institute (ULI), International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), and USC Architectural Guild. |
