Ken Romanski has served CMA as its Executive Vice President since 1987, playing a key role as CMA developed into a nationally recognized Software and Systems Integration firm. Under Mr. Romanski's leadership, CMA developed a strategic vision for the company, resulting in focused business practices that include Software Solutions, Health and Human Services Systems Integration, Data Warehousing, and Professional Services. Mr. Romanski also provides strategic management and business development leadership, overseeing each division within the corporation to help grow revenue while ensuring that we achieve our most important goal: delivering high value and satisfaction for our customers. Throughout the past 20 years, Mr. Romanski has been an integral member of the corporate executive team responsible for a broad range of strategic initiatives including: geographic expansion, product portfolio development, and corporate restructuring to support substantial growth. Mr. Romanski has more than 24 years of experience providing Information Technology business solutions in the Capital Region and throughout the country from Maine to Hawaii. Prior to joining CMA, he consulted on more than a dozen projects for General Electric divisions, including GE Industrial and Power Systems, GE Aircraft Engine Business Group, GE Gas Turbine Division, and the GE Ordinance Systems Division. A 1983 valedictorian and honors graduate of Union College, Mr. Romanski is involved in several community service organizations in his hometown of Duanesburg. He is President/Founder of the Duanesburg Area Community Center, a non-profit organization established to provide structured programs for children, families, senior citizens, and the disabled. His efforts included the creation of many new programs for children and families as well as special events such as Community Day, an event attended by over 1,000 people and 40 local organizations. In addition to his work at the Community Center, Mr. Romanski has served as a tutor at Union College, a board member at the Center for Disability Services, a CYO basketball coach, a Development Committee Member for New York Special Olympics, and a member of the Duanesburg Lion's Club. |
