Ken is responsible for all Converged Access, Inc. finance and accounting activities. His extensive background includes over twenty years of global experience in the finance and accounting industry. Prior to joining Converged Access, Ken was Director of Finance at Sitara Networks. Prior to Sitara, Ken was a Division Controller for Motorola, Inc. where he was the Controller for two recent acquisitions. Ken also held several other key senior positions at Motorola including Distribution Controller for North and Latin America, Multiservice Networks Division and European Finance Manager, Information Systems Group where he was responsible for several restructuring efforts in Europe. Ken holds an MBA from the University of Surrey, England and is also a Chartered Management Accountant. |
