Ken is a senior talent management consultant with more than 30 years of HR leadership experience. His areas of expertise include succession planning, future leader identification and development, strategic human resource planning, organizational synergy and change management, executive team facilitation, and talent selection. Ken held various positions with The Dow Chemical Company for 27 years, most recently, as Dow's Global Design Director for Workforce Planning; Ken led a strategic center that developed strategic HR planning, selection, retention and separation processes. Ken is a licensed psychologist who earned a B.A. with honors in Psychology from Texas Tech University, and an M.A. and Ph.D. in Industrial & Organizational Psychology from the University of Houston. He also attended the University of Michigan Business School's Strategic Human Resource Planning course and is a member of the Society for Industrial & Organizational Psychologists and the Society for Human Resource Management. He maintains professional licensure as a Psychologist in the State of Texas. |
