Ken Millman is the partner in charge of our Insurance Practice. Ken has been a partner in the firm since 1970. His experience includes work with privately and publicly held companies. Specific disciplines include taxation, statutory and GAAP accounting issues, reinsurance accounting and negotiations. Ken has assisted start-up insurance companies with their planning, reinsurance, regulatory matters and computer systems. Ken is a member of the Illinois CPA Society and the AICPA. He is also a member of the Illinois CPA Society’s Committee on Accounting for Insurance Companies. During his many years of service on the committee, Ken has served on the task force for the presentation of the Society’s Annual Insurance Conference, co-chaired the Annual Reinsurance Conference, and has been the chairman of the committee for 1997 and 1998. Ken received his B.S. in Commerce from Roosevelt University, and holds licenses to practice in Illinois, Florida and New York.
