Ken became President and Chief Executive Officer of NitroSecurity in June of 2006 and serves as Chairman of the Board, a position he has held since 2004. Ken is a founder and partner in Brookline Venture Partners, a venture capital firm that specializes in high technology and media investments and is the lead investor in NitroSecurity. Ken’s expertise and passion lies in the field of sales and operations. From 1985 to 1998 he was a member of the founding and executive team of Cabletron Systems where he was Executive Vice President of World Wide Sales. Ken, along with his brother Bob Levine, led the sales efforts that grew Cabletron from less than $1M to nearly $2B in sales and created shareholder value in excess of $10B. Under the leadership of Ken and Bob, Cabletron had a remarkable run of 54 consecutive quarters of growth on the New York Stock Exchange. Ken attended a Masters program in Theology at Boston College and earned his Bachelor of Science in Economics degree from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania in 1985. |
