Ken Halperin joined American Capital in 2005 as Vice President of Due Diligence. Prior to joining American Capital, Mr. Halperin was a Director of the Transaction Services Group of PricewaterhouseCoopers in Atlanta. While at PWC, he managed and performed due diligence and structuring on behalf of financial and strategic buyers in connection with more than 100 merger, acquisition, joint venture and carve-out transactions. Mr. Halperin began his career at Arthur Andersen where he served in the audit practice.
Mr. Halperin received his Bachelor of Business Administration from Emory University and is a Certified Public Accountant. |
