Ken is responsible for the operations and delivery of technical, consulting, and project related services for Bayshore Technologies. Most importantly, he is focused on delivering successful solutions to Bayshore's customer base and ensures customer satisfaction and retention. Ken has over 20 years of progressive experience in the technology services and consulting industry, having held technical and service management roles previously at; Tech Data Corporation, Waldec/IKON Technology Services, and OpenNetwork Technologies. After a number of discussions with Bayshore, Ken joined the team because Bayshore has a highly trained technical engineering team with a primary focus on providing technical services. In addition to his Technology Degree and industry certifications, Ken holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Management, and a Masters of Business Administration from the University of South Florida. Ken is actively involved in a number of technology and education associations including the USF Alumni Association and is actively pursuing his PMI certification. |
