Ken is Chief Strategy Officer and General Manager for Merkle Agency Services. In his role, he leads the Agency's client and service teams to deliver the highest levels of service, new strategies, and results across the entire organization. With over 17 years of direct marketing experience on both the client and agency side, Ken's depth of experiences and leadership skills help our clients define, implement and measure new programs, advance their quality and ensure their success.
Prior to joining Merkle in 1999, Ken worked at Devon Direct and Roska Direct developing marketing programs for several financial, technology and packaged goods businesses. Ken started his career at Prudential Insurance as a Direct Mail and Advertising Marketing Manager of the Supplemental Health Insurance programs for AARP. |
