Ken Forrester is Managing Director of A.W. Forrester Co., He is charged with responsibilities for creating visibility in the health & welfare consulting and brokerage arena for the purpose of strategic planning and new business development for the firm. Mr. Forrester has written numerous industry articles and completed speaking engagements on talent acquisition & management issues. Concurrently, he is proactive in conducting and completing search assignments for executive management positions as well as developing and mentoring junior recruiters.Prior to his recruitment career, Mr. Forrester was a Sales Representative for MONY (Mutual Life Insurance Company of New York) where he sold insurance and investment services to individual and small business. After transitioning his career into the staffing industry in 1990, Mr. Forrester achieved "Rookie of the Year" and "Top Recruiter" status with Search Centre, Inc. He was also a Senior Recruiter with Waterford Executive Group, Ltd, where he developed the health care recruitment division for that organization. Mr. Forrester is a graduate of Northern Illinois University where he received a Bachelors of Science Degree in Marketing and minor in Economics. He is also a licensed Real Estate Broker, and was a Registered Representative with the NASD.
