Ken Dreyer is focused on ensuring that we grow Eliassen's business, meet all stakeholder expectations and enhance the experience our clients and consultants have when doing business with us. Ken has worked with Mona Eliassen for years. His roles at Eliassen Group included facilitating our strategic planning and team building; coaching to the leadership team on critical issues relating to personnel, performance, business development and account planning. He also assists in orientation and education for new and existing employees. With over 2 decades of senior executive-level experience, he has held positions of CEO, President and Chairman at a number of highly successful organizations across a variety of industries. He brings diverse and real world business experience to the organization. He serves on the Board of Directors for several Boards. |
