Mr. Cutshaw is the Executive Vice President and General Counsel of Church’s Chicken. He has experience in a wide spectrum of work experiences, including management, foreign policy, legal and business. He was a partner with the global law firm Holland & Knight, LLP, practicing from Atlanta, Georgia representing clients around the world. Holland & Knight, LLP is one of the larger law firms with over 1300 lawyers and professionals practicing from 35 offices around the world. Cutshaw's law practice was concentrated on commercial and global business as well as public law and addresses the areas of technology, regulatory, trade law and general business.
Mr. Cutshaw serves as Honorary Consul for India in the United States. He is an Adjunct Professor at Emory University, Georgia Tech and Georgia State University (GSU) teaching global business to graduate students. He is a Dean, co-founder and co-owner of Georgian American University (GAU) (founded 2004 in Tbilisi, Georgia)
He served six years with the Administrations of President Ronald Reagan and President George H. W. Bush at the U.S. Commerce Department in various international positions. He served as Senior Counsel for the 1982 World's Fair. He serves on several non-profit Boards of Directors. His professional experiences, combined with business and entrepreneurial ventures, represent a broad experience spectrum in business, law, government and politics. He serves on Advisory Boards for the National Federation of Indian American Associations (largest umbrella organization for Indian American groups), the US-Indian American Chamber, the Georgia Indian American Chamber and others Indian groups. |
