Ken is responsible for determining and shaping Clearview's technology strategy across the entire product line. He leads Clearview's research and development group, along with the consulting services and support teams, to continue to deliver the most innovative ECM solution in the market. Ken brings extensive technical experience with a unique combination of market requirements to Clearview. The former Vice President of Development and Customer Service at SER Macrosoft, Ken was responsible for all development, support of over 1,500 Customers worldwide, and the implementations of all new systems. He also initiated programs that improved Customer satisfaction and several professional services packages that increased revenue and improved delivery of systems to the market. Ken joined Macrosoft in 1993 from CompuD where he was an Owner/Executive from 1991, and started his career in Information Management in 1989 as an analyst with Unisys. |
