As a career Navy Special Operations Officer and Intelligence professional, James Ken Campbell brings a wealth of national security expertise to the SPADAC team. Possessing 33 years experience in senior leadership and management positions, Ken stewards the development of SPADAC’s cutting edge geospatial-intelligence solutions to serve the needs of our clients. Prior to SPADAC, Ken served at the U.S. Department of Homeland Security where he advised the Assistant Secretary for Information Analysis on counterterrorism issues (2003-2004); and at the Defense Intelligence Agency where he served as the Chief, Weapons and Infrastructure Team, Office for Counterterrorism Analysis (2000-2002). A noted authority on counterterrorism analysis, Ken authored the 1997 book Weapons of Mass Destruction Terrorism (Interpact Press), testified before the Senate on WMD terrorism issues in 1998, and provided expert witness testimony in the prosecution of international terrorist operatives. Additionally, he is the recipient of several high-level intelligence community awards for his superb contributions in counterterrorism analysis. Ken holds a BA in political science from San Francisco State University and an MA in national security affairs from the Naval Postgraduate School. |
