Ken Bissett has more than 25 years of experience performing and managing all aspects of finance, accounting, planning, contracts, human resources, administration and general operations management. As Chief Financial Officer (CFO), Mr. Bissett develops strategies to maintain the company's strong financial growth, manages corporate processes and fiscal systems, and oversees all of KeyLogic's daily business operations.

Before joining KeyLogic in 2006, Mr. Bissett served as CFO for several companies, including LJT & Associates, SIMmersion LLC and TSI TelSys. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Fairmont State College.
