He specializes in project and systems management, methodology analyses and development, vulnerability and risk assessments, requirement analysis, evaluation and acquisition of COTS/GOTS software and hardware. Ken is familiar with all areas of network and communications hardware and software technology. He has a demonstrated expertise in business development, project management, systems engineering, configuration management, communication security management, customer relations, and system life cycle support. Ken was promoted from Deputy Project Manager to Corporate Project Manager.
