Mr. Bramlett has served as one of our directors and Chairperson of the Nominating and Governance Committee, since December 2, 2004. He has served as Senior Vice President and General Counsel of COMSYS IT Partners, Inc., since January 2006. Prior to that he served as a partner with the Charlotte, North Carolina law firm of Kennedy Covington Lobdell & Hickman, L.L.P. from March 2005 to December 2005. He is a member on the board of directors of World Acceptance Corporation, since 1994. From 1996 to 2004, he served as a Senior Vice President and General Counsel of Venturi Partners, Inc., a leading national provider of information technology and professional staffing services. From 1990 to 1996 he has been a partner with the law firm of Robinson, Bradshaw and Hinson, P.A. He brings 20 years of experience in corporate law and governance, public and private equity, and mergers and acquisitions to our Board. |
