Ken P. McDonald joined AmSurg in 1993 as a Vice President. Mr. McDonald became Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer in December 1994, President and a Director in July 1996, Chief Executive Officer in December 1997 and Immediate Past President in 2007. Mr. McDonald was President of NASCO Data Systems, Inc., a distributor of IBM microcomputer products to the value-added reseller community, from 1988 until he joined AmSurg. |
