Ken L. Kenworthy Sr. is a co-founder of GMX and has been Executive Vice President and a director since the Company's inception in 1998. Prior to that time Ken Sr. held various senior financial positions with private and public businesses including vice president secretary-treasurer chief financial officer and director of CMI Corporation a New York Stock Exchange company and president of CMI Oil an oil and gas subsidiary of CMI.
