Kelvin L. Davis 44 was appointed to Graphic Packaging Holding Company’s Board on March 10 2008. Mr. Davis is a Senior Partner of TPG Capital and Head of the firm’s North American Buyouts Group incorporating investments in all non-technology industry sectors. Prior to joining TPG in 2000 Mr. Davis was President and Chief Operating Officer of Colony Capital Inc. a private international real estate-related investment firm in Los Angeles which he co-founded in 1991. Prior to the formation of Colony Mr. Davis was a principal of RMB Realty Inc. the real estate investment vehicle of Robert M. Bass. Prior to his affiliation with RMB Realty he worked at Goldman Sachs & Co. in New York City and with Trammell Crow Company in Dallas and Los Angeles. Mr. Davis earned a B.A. degree (Economics) from Stanford University and a M.B.A. from Harvard University where he was a Baker Scholar a John L. Loeb Fellow and a Wolfe Award recipient. Mr. Davis is a director of Kraton Polymers LLP Aleris International Inc. Harrah’s Entertainment Inc. Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer Studios Inc. and Univision Communications Inc. He is also a ten-year Director (and past Chairman) of Los Angeles Team Mentoring Inc. (a charitable mentoring organization) is a director of the Los Angeles Philharmonic Association and is on the Board of Overseers and Art Collections Council of the Huntington Library Art Collections and Botanical Gardens. |
