Ms. Vick is responsible for the check and electronic payment processing areas as well as the Implementation, Contact Center and Financial Institution Support departments. Ms. Vick ensures that financial institutions converting to iPay’s bill payment product or introducing bill payment services for the first time are provided world-class consultation and care. She also ensures that Payment Operations run efficiently to promote timeliness and cost savings.
Ms. Vick has been with iPay since 2002, and has worked in nearly all departments within iPay to ensure a quality experience for all financial institutions. She has more than 20 years of banking and management experience.
Ms. Vick graduated from the University of North Florida with a bachelor’s degree in Accounting. |
