Ms. Sullivan joined Prospect in February 2008 as an Assistant Vice President of Portfolio Administration. She focuses on deal operations, company related processes and various accounting responsibilities.
Prior to joining Prospect, Ms. Sullivan worked for over seven years at Centerline Capital Group, an alternative asset manager with a core focus on real estate. She was in the Corporate Accounting group where she worked on SEC filings, accounting, and 404 compliance. From 1997 to 1999, Ms. Sullivan worked for smaller sized public accounting firms where she gained her experience in various accounting groups including auditing and taxation.
Ms. Sullivan is a Certified Public Accountant and graduated from Hofstra University with her BBA in Accounting. |
