Before IntegraCore, Kelly worked for Fonix Corporation - Salt Lake City, UT as the Senior National Account Manager where he managed all aspects of the sales effort worldwide based on a specific vertical market. While he was there he helped revamp the company's go-to-market focus.

Before Fonix Corporation, Medical Innovations enjoyed Kelly's talents while he worked as the Director of Sales and Marketing. He was responsible for all aspects of the business which included; strategic alliances, business development, revenue performance and go to market strategy in the dental products market. Kelly graduated from Utah Valley State College in December 1999 with a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration and a Minor in Communications. His ongoing passion for learning has been an influence to those around him.
