Professional Experience
Kelly joins KMJ with over 17 years of accounting experience. Prior to joining KMJ, Kelly worked for international accounting firms, including Deloitte & Touche, Ernst & Young, and Grant Thornton. He has extensive experience in a wide variety of industries, including technology, manufacturing, healthcare, software development, hospitality and real estate. Kelly's clients are primarily publicly-traded companies, ranging in size from start-ups to mid-size corporations. Kelly has broad experience with the Securities & Exchange Commission 1933 and 1934 Act filings, including initial public offerings, reverse mergers, Sarbanes-Oxley Section 404 audits, SEC comment letters, periodic SEC reporting requirements, and PCAOB inspections.
Education and Credentials
Kelly received a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business Administration from Cal Poly-San Luis Obispo with a concentration in Accounting.
