Ms. Martinelli is responsible for all aspects of F&S client implementation, management and support services. Additionally, she is responsible for developing and managing the many operational and workflow processes at F&S as well as overseeing the F&S radiology network, RT and help desk staff. Ms. Martinelli has 20 years of experience in the healthcare industry, most recently with Alliance Imaging, where she held many positions throughout her 15-year tenure. Starting out as a certified MRI technologist, Ms. Martinelli then moved into management positions. Her various areas of experience include almost the entire area of radiology workflow, from scheduling and operations to managed care, billing, utilization review, marketing and training. Other areas of experience include JCAHO and HIPAA policy and procedures development. Due to Kelly’s comprehensive knowledge of radiology workflow, she often finds herself helping F&S clients to improve their processes to increase productivity and throughput. Ms. Martinelli earned an Associate Degree of Applied Science from Muskingum Area Technical College. |
