Kelly Hickey brings more than 15 years of finance and accounting experience for both public and private companies to Oxlo. As Director of Finance and Corporate Controller, Kelly leads both Oxlo’s compliance initiatives in the area of Gramm-Leach-Bliley and information security, as well as all finance, accounting and human resource affairs for the company. Prior to Oxlo, Kelly served at SpectraLink Corporation in various finance roles including both Assistant Controller and Director of Financial Reporting and Compliance, with responsibility for SEC filings, M&A, planning, tax and SOX compliance. Kelly began her career with Arthur Andersen LLP, an international public accounting firm, where she served as an audit and business advisory manager and participated in IPOs, acquisitions, international accounting and other key financial transactions for a range of clients. Kelly attended the University of Colorado, earning a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in Accounting and Marketing |
