Prior to joining mBank, Kelly was a senior vice president and chief lending officer for The Commercial and Savings Bank in Millersburg, Ohio where he was responsible for all lending-related areas of the company. Kelly also spent three years at the Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland where he was examiner-in-charge for small-to-mid-sized banks and held positions at National City Bank, The Provident Bank and Bank One. |
