Kelly Durland, Central Billing Office Manager joined Ear, Nose and Throat Associates of South Florida in 1991. She has over 20 years of experience in virtually all areas of managing a medical group practice. Her areas of responsibility with the practice include collections, accounts receivable management, electronic claims submission, charge and payment posting, surgery scheduling, managed care contracting, information technology and corporate compliance. Prior to joining ENT Kelly worked at Ear, Nose and Throat Associates in Fall River, MA. While in MA, Kelly attended Bristol Community College where she completed classes in Business Administration, Management and Medical Sciences. |
