Her practice focuses on intellectual property issues with an emphasis on preparing and prosecuting patent applications. Ms. de la Torre handles a variety of patent-related litigation issues. Ms. de la Torre advises clients in developing patent strategies to meet the goals of the client and the technology in the marketplace.
