With OZ since 1995, Kelly has designed award-winning projects such as the corporate headquarters for The Nature Conservancy, 1155 Canyon and 702 Pearl Condominiums in Boulder as well as Waterside Lofts and Creekside Townhomes in Denver. He has managed a number of OZ's more complex projects and is involved in all phases of project development, including design and documentation, team management, construction phase services and client relationships.
Recently, Kelly has assumed Managing Principal duties that include broad oversight of OZ's internal operations and business practices. A former member of the Downtown Design Advisory Board for the City of Boulder and the Downtown Denver Partnership Center City Housing Council, in 2005 he was selected for the Downtown Denver Partnership's Emerging Leaders Program and he currently serves as the Chairman of the Board of Directors for the Dairy Center for the Arts in Boulder. Kelly spends whatever free time he has enjoying golf, cycling, trail running and other outdoor pursuits. |
