Kelly Weston concentrates her practice on employment law and business immigration. She provides counseling to local, state and national clients in employment and immigration matters, including advising on international employee transfers, sponsoring and obtaining work authorization and visas for foreign workers, I-9 procedures and audits, employment policies, handbooks, terminations, employment applications, and compliance with state and federal anti-discrimination laws. She also assists clients in federal wage and hour litigation (Fair Labor Standards Act), as well as providing general advice and counsel on wage and hour issues.
