Kelly Gawne is an associate in the Health Practice Group. Her practice focuses on assisting hospitals and health care organizations on a wide variety of matters, including health care regulatory compliance, medical staff matters, Medicare and Medicaid reimbursement, fraud and abuse, the Stark Law and transactions involving health care organizations.
In General. Kelly received her J.D. degree with high honors from Chicago-Kent College of Law. At Chicago-Kent, she served as the managing editor of the Chicago-Kent Law Review. While in law school, Kelly served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Richard Cudahy in the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals and to the Honorable Mark Filip in the Northern District of Illinois. She received her bachelor's degree from Loyola University Chicago. |
