Kelly practices in the areas of corporate health care, administrative law and health care provider defense. She is a registered nurse and prior to joining Husch, practiced nursing for over ten years in various health care settings, including critical care, neurosurgical treatment of pain and movement disorders, and corporate consulting for a prominent medical device corporation. Since 2004, Kelly has represented various health care providers in administrative proceedings, corporate health care compliance and contracting, and malpractice defense.
