 Kelly is an associate in the business law department and focuses her practice primarily on health law. She has represented physicians, hospitals and other healthcare providers in operational, compliance and regulatory matters. Kelly's experience includes contract review and negotiation, due diligence, and counseling clients on state and federal fraud and abuse laws, physician self-referrals laws, EMTALA, healthcare privacy laws and reimbursement issues. 
  Representative Matters
  Regularly assists hospitals and other health care providers in operational and regulatory matters. 
  Advises clients on legal issues surrounding the Stark law, the anti-kickback statute, patient consent, HIPAA, pharmaceutical regulation, and physician recruitment. 
  Assists clients with joint ventures, facility acquisitions, and Medicare enrollment and reimbursement matters.
