Associate
Kelly A. Green concentrates her practice in corporate and commercial litigation. She has experience representing clients in a variety of litigation matters, including contractual disputes, corporate litigation and employment litigation such as sexual harassment, discrimination, and breach of non-competition agreements.
She also has experience assisting employers defend against claims of discrimination at the state and federal agency level and participating in mediations on claims of discrimination.
