In his role as Senior Vice President - Human Resource Development, Keith Williams leads WAUSAU Financial Systems’ human capital development strategies, including human resources, benefits, compensation, professional development and organizational change management. Mr. Williams joined WAUSAU Financial Systems in October of 2006 with over 28 years of human resources and development experience.
Prior to joining WAUSAU Financial Systems, Mr. Williams was Senior Vice President of Human Resources for CUNA Mutual Insurance Society, a $2 billion financial services company serving credit unions, headquartered in Madison, Wisconsin. He previously served CUNA Mutual as Vice President of Reengineering.
Mr. Williams was Vice President of Human Resources for Century Companies, a national insurance company, headquartered in Waverly, Iowa, that offers individual life, disability and asset accumulation products.
Mr. Williams has an MBA from the University of Northern Iowa and a BA in Management and Psychology from Luther College, and has taught multiple courses at the university level.
