Keith Walker is a Senior Vice President in Rockwood’s Asset Management group, responsible for the management of over three million square feet of retail, residential and commercial property throughout the United States. Prior to joining Rockwood, Mr. Walker was an asset manager at Newmark & Company Real Estate, Inc. where he was responsible for the management of a 4.8 million square-foot portfolio of commercial and retail space. Prior to Newmark, Mr. Walker was president of his own residential development and consulting firm as well as having worked for Time Equities (at the time, the largest co-op converter in New York). Mr. Walker is a licensed real estate broker and a member of the Real Estate Board of New York. Mr. Walker has a B.A. in Political Science from Emory University in Atlanta, GA and an MS in Real Estate and Investment from New York University. |
