Keith Valentine served five and a half years at Home Depot as National Real Estate Manager for Excess Properties. 2003 team production was nearly $100 million of excess sales and leases. He was responsible for co-anchor development (as Target, Costco, Staples, etc.), outparcels (as banks, restaurants, oil companies), and disposal of former Home Depot stores. Keith was also responsible for Expo adjacencies and sale or leasing of former office or warehouse space. Prior to Home Depot, Keith accumulated 19 years Retail Brokerage, Sales and Management experience. Previously as Senior Vice President at CB Commercial, Keith was responsible for Retail Operations of 35 Eastern offices. His background includes business development, creating retailer accounts on a multi-state basis. Keith has prior leadership experience selecting teams and directing 135 brokers in various cities. He established a property disposition program for CB Commercial on multi-state basis. Ex.
